About Us
Mika Bair
Born and raised in a local farming family, Mika graduated from Henley High School; earned an A.A. degree from Oregon Institute of Technology; and transferred to Rutgers University in New Jersey for a B.A. degree. Next, Mika entered Seattle University School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2008. After working for a Washington law firm for several years, she realized her dream of opening a private practice in her hometown. Mika is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington. Mika is a small business owner and Klamath Falls native who has settled down in Klamath Falls where she enjoys a full and energetic life with two young children and appreciates the ability to spend quality time with family.
Wendy Young
Wendy grew up in the ranching community of Red Bluff, California. She married and moved to Klamath Falls, Oregon where she raised two children and fell in love with the outdoors, horses, and the community. After 40 years of experience working with several attorneys, Wendy’s paralegal skills have been sharpened through extensive training and guidance, providing her with expertise specializing in drafting court case related pleadings, preparing and managing foreclosures, estate planning, probates, water rights, and general business matters. Her use of exceptional interpersonal and business skills allows for magnanimous support to attorneys and clients alike.
Nickole Barrington
Born and raised in Klamath Falls, OR. Graduated from Oregon Tech in 1994 with Associates Degree of Applied Science for Legal Office Systems Technology. Worked as Paralegal and then Municipal Court Supervisor for the City of Klamath Falls from 2002-2016; and has worked as City Recorder since 2016 to present. With Bair Law, LLC since 2024. Has vast legal experience with Municipal and Governmental Law and is committed to helping make the community better for all citizens.
Stephanie Kollenborn
Stephanie grew up in Portland, Oregon, where she later married and raised three children. She eventually relocated to Palo Cedro, California, where she owned and operated a small family-run event venue. Through this experience, she developed a deep appreciation for small-town life and close-knit communities—an appreciation that ultimately drew her to the Klamath Falls area.
Inspired by her daughter’s career as an attorney, Stephanie developed a strong interest in the legal field, which led her to join Bair Law. She brings with her a background rooted in entrepreneurship, organization, and people-focused service. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active as a certified health and yoga enthusiast and can often be found taking long walks with her dogs.
